    <p>Молочная промышленность — крупная и важная отрасль современного мира. На ее развитие влияют потребительские запросы или тенденции производства, технологические разработки, социальные, экономические и экологические факторы. Целью данного обзорного исследования являлось изучение основных тенденций развития молочной промышленности в России и мире, а также перспектив производства конкурентоспособной молочной продукции в России. На основании анализа литературных источников установлено, что перспективным направлением молочной промышленности является производство разных типов персонализированных продуктов, которые будут доступны в будущем. Поиск источников проводили в библиографических базах данных, в научных электронных библиотеках с поисковыми системами: Web of Science, Scopus, eLIBRARY.RU, Springer и Pubmed. Повышенный спрос на легкоусвояемые персонализированные молочные и молокосодержащие продукты объясняется ростом численности пожилых людей во всем мире. Установлено, что нанотехнологии предоставляют уникальные возможности для развития молочной промышленности. В АПК активно применяются новейшие технологические системы управления производством, что позитивно отражается на экономическом состоянии животноводческих комплексов и мегаферм. Правительством выделяются инвестиции под различные программы цифровизации сельского хозяйства, а также на дальнейшее развитие отечественной селекции и племенного дела. Доказано, что одним из основополагающих элементов цифрового животноводства является его первая и главная ступень: учет и идентификация (маркировка) всего поголовья скота в каждом конкретном хозяйстве. Это базис, от которого отталкиваются все остальные производственные процессы, такие как осеменение, получение молодняка, доение, кормление, сортировка скота, ветеринарное и зоотехническое обслуживание, кормопроизводство и прочие технологические процессы. Именно на изучение данных вопросов будет, в перспективе, направлено развитие молочной промышленности в России.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The dairy industry is one of the fastest developing sectors in the world. It depends on a wide range of factors, e.g., consumer demands, production trends, technological achievements, social issues, economy, environment, etc. The article compares the development of the dairy industry in Russia with global trends and outlines the prospects for competitive dairy products on the domestic market. The review covered relevant scientific publications registered in Web of Science, Scopus, eLIBRARY.RU, Springer, and Pubmed in 1990–2024. Personalized dairy foods are a prospective direction. The growing demand for easily digestible castomized dairy products is caused by the world population ageing. Nanotechnology opens new prospects for the diary industry as the latest systems of production management make it easier to run large cattle farms and megafarms. The government allocates investments for agricultural digitalization, selection, and breeding. Stock record and identification are fundamental elements of digital animal husbandry. They initiate all other production processes, i.e., insemination, replacements, milking, feeding, sorting, veterinary and zootechnical services, feed production, etc. These issues will be the focus of dairy research in Russia in the future.</p>
