Abstract (English):
The biochemical characteristics of one of the main polypeptide components of the membrane of a milk fat globule – the protein PAS 6/7, are presented. The history of its identification, molecular structure, known and possible biological functions are considered, the amino acid sequence and reactions of posttranslational modification of the PAS 6/7 protein are analyzed.
