PROCESSED CHEESES AND CHEESES WITH FILLERS: ANALYSIS OF ACTIVITY IN THE PROTECTION OF DEVELOPMENTS

Abstract (English):
Patent research was conducted for the period 1924–2022 and 155 patents protecting various aspects of processed cheese technology have been found, including 91 patents describing cheeses with fillers. Positive dynamics of inventive activity has been established since 1976 and almost doubling of activity since 2001 to the present have been found. Two thirds of the developments describe cheeses with various fillers, which proves the topicalityof this direction and reflects the request to expand the range of such products.
